THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, STATER BROS. MARKETS, a corporation, has executed
a deed dated November 2, 1966, conveying to the City an easement
for street purposes on the north side of Seventeenth Street and
west side of Fairview Street; and
WHEREAS, DEIGH D. BOYD and JANE B. BOYD, husband and wife,
have executed a deed dated November 2, 1966, conveying to the City
an easement for street purposes on the north side of Seventeenth
Street and west of Fairview Street; and
WHEREAS, HENRY G. J. POHNDORF has executed a deed dated
November 8, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for street
purposes on the southeast corner of Tustin Avenue and Santa Clara
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on
said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of November,
1966.
