PLANNING COMMISSION AND GRANTING VARIANCE ON
APPLICATION 2095 FILED BY F~%RRY TANCREDI
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice the Planning Commission
has granted a variance on Application No. 2095, filed by HARRY TANCREDI
to construct a building containing 24 Bachelor Apartments with adequate
off-street parking at 806, 810, and 814 S. Cypress, Santa Ana,
California, in an R-2 District; said Variance was granted subject to
the condition that, except for minor modifications approved by the
Planning Department, the development be according to the approved plot
plan; and
WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 181 was duly filed by ART NEEB
and others, appealing the decision of the Planning Commission to
grant said Variance and requesting a hearing before the City Council;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice,
determined that said Variance should be granted subject to the
condition imposed by the Planning Commission.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the decision of the Planning
Commission to grant a variance on Variance Application 2095 to permit
the construction of a building containing 24 Bachelor Apartments with
adequate off-street parking at 806, 810, and 814 S. Cypress, Santa Ana,
California, in an R-2 District, is hereby affirmed subject to the
following conditions imposed by the Planning Commission:
1. That owner replace all sidewalks;
2. That the owner close the center drive to City standards and replace
the northerly and southerly drives to City standards;
3. That the owner remove all broken sidewalk fr~n parkway area;
4. That development be according to the approved plot plan except for
minor modifications approved by the Planning C~%-~ission;
5. That all provisions of the R-3 District be cemplied with.
and appeal on Appeal Application No. 181 is hereby denied.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 5th day of December, 1966.
