THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, EUGENE F. KING, JR., a married man, and GEORGE T.
MUHIC, a married man, have executed a deed dated December 30,
1966, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes on
the south side of Fourth Street, west of Tustin Avenue; and
WHEREAS, JOHN HERBERT EBERSOLE and JEAN T. EBERSOLE, husband
and wife, have executed a deed dated December 30, 1966, conveying
to the City an easement for street purposes on the south side of
Fourth Street and west of Tustin Avenue; and
WHEREAS, JACK C. LEE & BARBARA A. LEE; JOHN DANIEL & FRANCES
L. DANIEL; RICHARD O. LEE & BARBARA J. LEE, and JOHN A. DANIEL
have executed a deed dated January 9, 1967, conveying to the
City an easement for street purposes on the west side of Grand
Avenue and north of Warner Avenue; and
WHEREAS, GEORGE RAWLINS and FREDAM. BAWLINS have executed
a deed dated December 12, 1966, conveying to the City an easement
for street purposes on the west side of Grand Avenue and north
of Warner Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY has presented to the
City an indenture granting to the City an easement for proposed
improvement of Warner Avenue at Dyer Road,
WHEREAS, all of said instruments are without a cash considera-
tion being paid to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REHOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said instruments; that the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
indenture from Southern Pacific Company; and Carl J. Thornton,
the City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate
of Acceptance on said instruments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of January, 1967.
