THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, RICHARD C. BOUCHER and VIOLET BOUCHER, have executed
a deed dated January 11, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana
vehicular access rights on the North side of Bolsa Avenue and the
East side of Cooper Street; and
WHEREAS, E. LEE SCHULTZ and BERNADETTE M. SCRTJLTZ, have executed
a deed dated January 10, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana
an easement for street purposes on the South side of Edinger Avenue
and West side of Grand Avenue; and
WHEREAS, GALAXy CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., a corporation, and
W. E. FISHER and ELEANOR S. FISHER, husband and wife, have executed a
deed dated January 11, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana
vehicular access rights on the North side of Edinger Avenue and East
of the Souther Pacific Railroad; and
WHEREAS, LONNIE M. DUNN and MARY R. DUNN, have executed a deed
dated January 26, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement
for storm drain purposes on the Northwest side of the Newport Freeway
and Southeast of Williams Street; and
WHEREAS, DORA NEWCOMB, as her sole and separate property, has
executed a deed dated January 27, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa
kna an easement for street purposes on the West side of Tustin Avenue
and North of Santa Clara Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being paid
to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of February, 1967.
