THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, JACK TOSHIKI SAKIOKA and MARY KI¥OKO SAKIOKA,
husband and wife, and JOHNN~KATSUI SAKIOEA and GRACE MIYE SAKIOKA,
husband and wife, have executed a deed dated January 27, 1967,
conveying to the City a parcel of land located on the West side of
Grand Avenue and North of Dyer Road, in consideration of the
sum of $60,000.00; said transaction to be handled through Escrow
No. 874821-HRB with the First American Title Insurance & Trust
Company, Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of
Santa Ana accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's
designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of
Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of February,
1967.
