THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, HOME SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a California
corporation, has executed a deed dated March 7, 1967, conveying
to the City of Santa Ana easements for street purposes at the
northeast corner of Washington Avenue and Sycamore Street and on
the west side of Main Street, north of Washington Avenue, and
vehicular access rights to Main Street; and
WHEREAS, DON SCHMID and MARTHAA. SCHMID, husband and wife,
and LESTER A. HAUG and ELIZABETH E. HAUG, husband and wife, have
executed a deed dated March 6, 1967, conveying to the City of
Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the west side of
Grand Avenue, north of Warner Avenue, a spandrel shaped parcel of
land at the northwest corner of Warner and Grand Avenues, and
vehicular access rights to Grand Avenue; and
WHEREAS, DONNA CALDER and JUDY W. CALDER, husband and wife,
and CHARLES E. HURLEY and ALMEDA L. HURLEY, husband and wife, have
executed a deed dated March 7, 1967, conveying to the City of
Santa Aha an easement for street purposes on the west side of
Grand Avenue, south of Hunter Avenue; and
WHEREAS, NELLIE RUTH SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM and
VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM, husband and wife; HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR.
and JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM, husband and wife; and HENRY T. SEGERSTROM
and YVONNE de C. SEGERSTROM, husband and wife, have executed a
deed dated March 7, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana ease-
ments for street and storm drain purposes on the west side of
Bristol Street and the south side of Segerstrom Avenue and vehicular
access rights at said location.
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his certificate of acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of March, 1967.
