QUITCLAIM DEEDS TO OWNERS OF RECORD ON THE
W~ST SIDE OF FAIRVIEW STREET, SOUTH OF
SEVENTEENTH STREET
WHERF2%S, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
on Fairview Street, south of Seventeenth Street, dedicated vehicular
access rights to the City and the present owners have now requested acce~
rights to Fairview Street, which the City has determined should be
granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming IN S~VERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING
FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAy APPEAR OF RECORD, vehicular
access rights to Fairview Street in the City of Santa Aha, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
Ail vehicular access rights to Fairview Street over
the northerly 40.00 feet of the southerly 101.00 feet
of the following described property:
The southerly 176.00 feet of the northerly 436.00
feet of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter
of Section 10, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho Las Bolsas, City of Santa Ana, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in book 51, page 12, Mis-
cellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of Orange County, California.
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of
the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING
FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTEREST MAY APPEAR OF RECORD vehicular
access rights to Fairview Street in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
Ail vehicular access right to Fairview Street over the
southerly 29.00 feet of the northerly 34.00 feet of
the following described property:
The southerly 58.00 feet of the northerly 260.00 feet
of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of
Section 10, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho Las Bolsas, City of Santa Ana, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in book 51, page 12, Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd of April, 1967.
