COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
EXPRESSING SUPPORT OF PROPOSED
SENATE BILL NO. 79
WI~EREkS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana has
become aware of the nature and content of Senate Bill No. 79;
and
WHEREAS, proposed Senate Bill No. 79 appears to be an
attempt in good faith to protect children of this state from
insidious obscene matter; and
WHEREAS, it has become distressingly apparent that
legislation is needed in this area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana hereby expresses its support of
Senate Bill No. 79.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of
April, 1967.
