HomeMy WebLinkAbout67-057RESOLUTION 67-57 DECLARING THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST THE ANNEXA- TION OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED "LYON & McFADDEN N.E. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council held this date the protest hearing against the annexation herein referred to was regularly held on due notice as required by law, and no written protests were filed against said annexation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds and declares that at the protest hearing, notice of which was given by Resolution 67-33, there was not a majority protest against the annexation of territory designated "LYON & McFADDEN N.E. ANNEX". PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st of May, 1967.
