CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDEP~ATION
WHEREAS, DAGOOD CONSTRUCTION CO., a California corporation,
has executed a deed dated April 6, 1967, conveying to the City an
easement for alley purposes south of Edinger Avenue, west of Grand
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, ALINE E. ERICKSON has executed a deed dated April 6,
1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana easements for alley and
drainage purposes south of Edinger Avenue, west of Grand Avenue; and
WHEREAS, NOLLSMITH ASSOCIATES, a partnership, has executed
a deed dated April 12, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Aha an
easement for alley purposes south of Edinger Avenue, west of Grand
Avenue; and
W~IERF~AS, JOSAM INVESTMENT CO., a partnership, has executed a
deed dated April 21, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an
easement for street purposes on the east side of Harbor Boulevard,
north of Kent Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.

Ana at its regular meeting held on
