ARE AUTHORIZED TO REPRESENT THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
BEFORE THE LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Bylaw No. 25 of the Local Agency Formation
Commission, as amended in March, 1967, provides that the Chair-
man of the Commission may require every city that wishes to
appear before the Commission at a hearing to file a resolution
of the legislative body of the city authorizing certain
representatives to appear on behalf of the city at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana hereby designates the City Manager, the
Assistant City Manager, and the Assistant to the City Manager,
as the City officials authorized to represent the City of Santa Ana
before the Local Agency Formation Commission on any matter under
consideration by said Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of June, 1967.
