CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPT,RX, a California corporation,
has executed a deed dated May 12, 1967, conveying to the City of
Santa Ana a perpetual easement and right of way for street and high-
way purposes on the northwest side of Redhill Avenue from Warner
Avenue to Dyer Road; and
WHEREAS, SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a limited partnership,
by WAVERLY HOMES, INC., a corporation partner, has executed a deed
dated April 24, 1967, conveying real property for street purposes on
the north side of Talbert Avenue, west of Main Street; and
WHEREAS, SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a limited partnership,
by WAVERLY HOMES, INC., a corporation, general partner, has executed
a deed dated April 24, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana ease-
ments for street purposes for Segerstrom Avenue from Main Street to
the Pacific Electric Railroad right of way; and
WHEREAS, TERESA MARTINEZ and SYLVIA F. MRNDEZ have executed a
deed dated May 22, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an ease-
ment for street purposes at the southwest corner of Raitt and Third
Streets; and
WHEREAS, WESLEY J. LANE has executed a deed dated May 16, 1967,
conveying to the City an easement for street purposes on the west side
of Lincoln Avenue, south of Virginia Avenue; and
WHEREAS, PATRICK PRIZIO and ISABELLE PRIZIO have executed a deed
dated May 25, 1967, conveying to the City an easement for street purposes
on the west side of Eastwood Street, north of St. Gertrude Place; and
WHEREAS, LYLE C. BLYSTONE and OLIVE G. BLYSTONE, husband and
wife, have executed a deed dated May 19, 1967, conveying to the City
vehicular access rights on the southwest side of Washington Avenue,
east of Fuller Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds; and that Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
