THE ORANGE COUNTY RAMBLERS FOOTBALL
CLUB AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF ORANGE
COUNTY
WHEREkS, Orange County has an established representative
in the Professional Continental Football League's Western
Division; and
WHEREAS, the Orange County Ramblers Football Club represents
Orange County, its residents and businesses throughout the nation
and particularly the West Coast and Canada; and
WHEREAS, the Orange County representative will play an
exciting and enjoyable type of professional football of very high
caliber; and
WHEREAS, the Orange County representative for continental
football in the nation supports and promotes Orange County, its
cities and businesses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa
Ana hereby expresses its full support of the Orange County
Ramblers Football Club, its programs and goals as an active
representative of the residents of Orange County and the City of
Santa Ana.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of June, 1967.
