RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
ASSESSMENT MAP
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 233
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha, California, in regular session assembled, that the plans and
specifications submitted by the Director of Public Works of said
City of Santa Aha for the proposed improvement of certain streets
in said City of Santa Ana included in Assessment District No. 233,
Santa Aha, California, in the City of Santa Aha, State of California,
said plans and specifications being on file in the office of the
Director of Public Works of said City of Santa Aha, be and they
hereby are adopted as the plans and specifications for the doing of
said work and improvement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the plat or map on file in
the office of the Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Arm,
entitled "DIAGRAM OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 233," be and the same
hereby is adopted as the plat or map describing the extent of the
territory to be included in the proposed assessment district.
