RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 233
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha, California, in regular session assembled, that the time hereby
fixed for receiving sealed proposals or bids for the doing of the
work and making the improvements described in ResOlution of
Intention No. 67-~t adopted June l~ , 1967, is the
llth 9ay of Ju£y ,.1967 mt the hour of 10:00 o'clock
A.M. Said sealed proposals or bids shall be delivered to and
opened, examined and declared by the Purchasing Agent of said City
of Santa Ana, California at a public hearing called by said Pur-
chasing Agent in his office in the City Hall, Santa Aha, California
at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on Tuesday, the llth day of July ,
1967. Said Purchasing Agent shall rep~ result~ '6f said
bidding to said City Council at its regular meeting of July 17
1967. The Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Aha is
hereby ordered to give notice inviting such sealed bids or pro-
posals in the time, form and manner required by law.
