OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, TO EXECUTE FOR
THE CITY AN APPLICATION FOR AUTHORITY
ALLOWING THE CITY TO PURCHASE A PORTION
OF THE TUSTIN WATER WORKS SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana and the Tustin Water
Works System have agreed to the terms of acquisition of a
portion of said Water System by the City, and said parties
are joined in application for authority to sell and purchase
the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Tom McMichael,
Mayor of the City of Santa Ana, a municipal corporation,
is hereby authorized and directed to sign the application
for sale and purchase of the agreed portion of the Tustin
Water Works System for and on behalf of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day
of July, 1967.
