THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREkS, THOMkS W. DIXON and BETTY K. DIXON, have executed
a deed dated June 6, 1967, conveying to the City an easement for
street purposes west side of Euclid and the north side of Barbett
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, HUMBLE OIL & REFINING COMPANY, a corporation, has
executed a deed dated May 29, 1967, conveying to the City an easement
for street purposes on the west side of Main Street and the south'
side of Segerstrom Avenue; and
WHEREkS, THE TUSTIN COMPANY, a corporation, has executed a
deed dated June 14, 1967, conveying to the City an easement for
street purposes on Tustin Village Way, west of Tustin Avenue; and
WHEREAS, THE TUSTIN COMPANY, a corporation, has executed a
deed dated June 14, 1967, conveying to the City an easement for
street purposes on the south side of McFadden Avenue, west of
Tustin Village Way; and
WHEREkS, LkWRENCE SIEGEL and ANNA SEIGEL, and LAWRENCE I. BONIN
and EDITH BONIN, and ROBERT F. ROBINSON and HILDA ROBINSON, have
executed a deed dated June 27, 1967, conveying to the City an easement
for street purposes on the north side of Edinger Street, east of
Mohawk Drive; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa And
accepts said deeds; and that Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa And
at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of July, 1967/~-~ ~
