RESOLUTION DESCRIBING BOUNDARIES OF ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT, ADOPTING ASSESSMENT MAP, AND ORDERING FILING THEREOF
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 226
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha, California, in regular session assembled, that the proposed
boundaries of the assessment district proposed to be assessed in
this assessment proceeding to pay any part of the cost of the
proposed improvement in this assessment district are as shown upon
a map of the assessment district entitled '~IAGRAM OF ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 226," and which map indicates by a boundary line the
extent of the territory included in this assessment district. Said
plat or map is hereby adopted as the plat or map describin~ the
extent of the territory to be included in this proposed assess
ment district.
The Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Arm is
hereby ordered and directed to endorse upon the original and at
least one copy of said map her certificate evidencing the date and
adoption of this resolution. Thereafter said Clerk of the Council
shall file the original of said map in said Clerk's office, and
shall forthwith thereafter, and in no event later than July 28,
1967, file a copy of said map executed as hereinbefore directed,
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of July, 1967.
