RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ASSESSMENT MAP
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 226
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha, California, in regular session assembled, that the plans and
specifications submitted by the Director of Public Works of said
City of Santa Aha for the proposed improvement of certain streets
in said City of Santa Abm included in Assessment District No. 226,
Santa Aha, California, in the City of Santa A~a, California, said
plans and specifications being on file in the office of the Director
of Public Works of said City ?f.San~a Aha, be and ~hey here~y are
adopted as the plans and specmfmcatmons for the domng of samd work
and improvement.
· BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED thai the pl~t o~ map on file in
the offzce of the Clerk of the Counczl of sazd Cmty of Santa Aha,
entitled '~IAGRAM OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 226," be and the same
hereby is adopted as the plat or map describing the extent of the
territory to be included in the proposed assessment district.
