THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS ALFRED TAKESHI OKAMOTO and BETTY TOYOKO OKAMOTO, have
executed a deed dated October 28, 1966, conveying to the City an
easement for sewer purposes on the southeast corner of Morse Drive
and Hazard Avenue; and
WHEREAS TED A. ROBRAN and INA C. ROBRAN, have executed a deed
dated November 8, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for sewer
purposes on the east side of Morse Drive, 258 feet south of Hazard
Avenue; and
WHERE~S THOM-AS ~LKBRENNER and MARGkRET E. BL~LKBRENNER, have
executed a deed dated October 28, 1966, conveying to the City an
easement for sewer purposes on the east side of Morse Drive, 392 feet
south of Hazard Avenue; and
WI{EREkS CHARLES S. WEILER and THELMA L. WEILER, have executed
a deed dated November 3, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for
sewer purposes on the east side of Morse Drive, 459 feet south of
Hazard Avenue; and
WHEREAS WILLIAM J. QUICK and PAULINE A. QUICK, have executed
a deed dated October 28, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for
sewer purposes on the east side of Morse Drive, 526 feet south of
Hazard Avenue; and
WHEREAS, LUIS VALDEZ and PHYLLIS VALDEZ, have executed a deed
dated December 12, 1966, conveying to the City an easement for
sewer purposes on the east side of Morse Drive, 660 feet south of
Hazard Avenue; and
WHEREAS JAMES W. TRUBEY and NELL GPJ~CE TRUBEY, have executed
a deed dated November 3, 1966, conveying to the City an easement
for sewer purposes on the east side of Morse Drive, 325 feet south
of Hazard Avenue; and
WHEREAS, LEO V. MORSE and DOROTHY R. MORSE, have executed a
deed dated December 21, 1966, conveying to the City an easement
for sewer purposes on Morse Drive, south of Hazard; and
WHEREAS, GULF OIL CORPORATION, a Pennsylvania Corporation, has
executed a deed dated November 18, 1966, conveying to the City an
easement for sewer purposes south of Hazard Avenue and east of
LaVergn Way; and
WHEREAS, W. O. LEWIS and ISADORk LEWIS, have executed a deed
dated July 10, 1967, conveying to the City easements for street
purposes on the southeast corner of Santa Clara Avenue and Wright
Street, and all vehicular access rights to Santa Clara Avenue; and
WHEREAS, VALERE A. TARDIF and HELEN M. TARDIF, have executed
a deed dated July 11, 1967, conveying to the City easements for
street purposes on the southwest corner of Santa Clara Avenue and
Concord Street, and all vehicular access rights to Santa Clara
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the COUNTY OF OP~%NGE has executed a deed dated June 27,
1967, conveying to the City a perpetual easement and right of way
for water main purposes on the east side of Flower Street, south of
Sixth Street; and
WHEREAS, the COUNTY OF ORANGE has executed a deed dated June 27,
1967, conveying to the City a perpetual easement and right of way
for water line purposes west of Flower Street between Fourth Street
and Sixth Street; and
WHEREAS, the COUNTY OF ORANGE has executed a deed dated June 27,
1967, conveying to the City an easement for water main purposes on
the west side of Flower Street, south of Sixth Street; and
WHEREkS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds; and that Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is hereby directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance
on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa kna
at its regular meeting on the 17th day of July, 1967.
