THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND DENYING APPEAL
NO. 193 APPEALING CONDITION NO. 2 IMPOSED BY
THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR IN GRANTING A
VARIANCE ON VAR/ANCE APPLICATION 67-55 FILED
BY RAYMOND G. TREVORROW
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Zoning
Administrator has granted a variance on Variance Application
67-55 filed by RAYMOND G. TREVORROW requesting to expand an
existing off-street parking lot and permit a driveway to 15th
Street on C-1 and R-1 property at 1924-1932 West Seventeenth
Street, Santa Ana, California, and said variance was granted
subject to certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 193 was duly filed by
the applicant requesting elimination of condition No. 2
imposed by the Zoning Administrator in the approval of said
variance and presenting the matter to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after hearing on notice and
based upon the Finding of Facts of the Zoning Administrator,
has determined that said condition should remain as a
condition to the approval of said variance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana does hereby affirm the decision
of the Zoning Administrator and Appeal No. 193 on Variance
67-55 filed by RAYMOND G. TREVORROW is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of
August, 1967.
