RESOLUTION WARDING CONTRACT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 226, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
WHEREA~, sealed p~oposals o~ bids for performing the work
and improvements described in Resolution of Intention No. 67-117
of the City Council of ~he City of Santa Aha, California, adopted
July 17, 1967, which sazd ~esolution i! hereby expressly referred
to for a descriptmon of samd work and zmprovements and for all par-
ticulars relative to the.proceedings under said resoluti?n of
inten~ion have been publzcly opened and e~amined, and sa~d City
Counczl has declared the result of said bzds at its meetmng of
August 21, 1967.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Santa ~.a, California, in regular s. ession assembled, that
said City Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids,
except th. at herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for .
doing said work and making said improvement to the lowest responsible
bidder, to wit:
Far Western Pipeline, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Council of
said City of Santa Ana is hereby directed to publish no, ice of said
award twice in the S~nta Aha Register, a newspaper publzshed and
circulated in said Czty of Santa ~na, State of California, and
heretofore designated for that purpose by said City Council.
ADOPTED the 21st day of August,
1967.
