THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREkS, IRVIN LAUGHLIN and ADDEAN ELIZABETH LAUGHLIN,
have executed a deed dated August 3, 1967, conveying to the City
an easement for street purposes on the south side of Santa Clara
Avenue, east of Wright Street, and all vehicular access rights
to Santa Clara Avenue at said location; and
WHEREAS, W. O. LEWIS and ISADORA LEWIS, have executed a
deed dated July 10, 1967, conveying to the City easements for
street purposes on the southeast corner of Santa Clara Avenue and
Wright Street, and all vehicular access rights to Santa Clara
Avenue; and
WHEREkS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deeds; and that Carl J. Thornton, the City's
designated agent, is hereby directed to place his Certificate
of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa at its regular meeting on the 21st day of August, 1967.
