OFFERS OF DEDICATION FOR WHICH THE CITY
IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, MARIE DE BROUWER, has executed a deed dated August 17,
1967, conveying to the City an easement for road purposes on the
north side of First Street, east of Euclid; and
WHEREAS, MARIE DE BROUWER, has executed an Offer of Dedication
dated August 17, 1967, for street purposes on the north side of
First Street, east of Euclid; and
WHEREAS, HALL-LYON-HALL, LIMITED, a California corporation, has
executed a deed dated August 21, 1967, conveying to the City an
easement for street purposes on Golden Circle Drive, north of
Fourth Street; and
WHEREAS, HALL-LYON-HALL, LIMITED, a California corporation, has
executed an Offer of Dedication dated August 21, 1967, for street
purposes on a planned future street, northeast of Golden Circle
Drive; and
W~EREAS, RICHARD E. BRAUER and BEVERLY C. BRAUER, have executed
a deed dated August 10, 1967, conveying to the City an easement
for street purposes on the north side of Washington Avenue and west
of Raitt Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds and Offers of Dedication are without
a cash consideration being paid to said grantors by the City.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Offers of Dedication; and that Carl J. Thornton,
the City's designated agent, is hereby directed to place his
Certificate of Acceptance on said instruments.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of September, 1967.
