JOHN L. AND ~ET.EN MORSE FOR WHICH THE CITY IS
PAYING A CASH CONSIDER3%TION
WHEREAS, JOHN L. MORSE and HELEN MORSE have executed a deed
dated August 24, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Aha real
property on the north side of First Street, east of Hesperian, in
consideration of the sum of $13,600.00; said transaction is to be
handled through Escrow No. 875356-hrb with First American Title
Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Aha Z~cepts said deed; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on
