MAIN PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING
A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, PATRICK P. PRIZIO and ISABELLE PRIZIO, have executed a
deed dated September 9, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an
easement for a potable water main on the east side of Oakmont Street,
north of Santa Clara Avenue, in consideration of the sum of $200.00
and certain remedial work to be done by the City at said location;
said transaction to be handled through Escrow No. 875373-HRB with
First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California;
and
WHEREAS, ANNA BELLE POWERS, a married woman, has executed a deed
dated September 9, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement
for a potable water main on the east side of Fairmont Street, north of
Santa Clara Avenue, in consideration of the sum of $185.00 and certain
remedial work to be done by the City at said location; said transaction
to be handled through Escrow No. 875370-HRB with First American Title
Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, CHARLES K. PASKERIAN, JR. and SUSAN E. PASKERIAN, have
executed a deed dated September 9, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa
Ana an easement for a potable water main on the west side of Fairmont
Street, north of Santa Clara Avenue, in consideration of the sum of
$185.00 and certain remedial work to be done by the City at said
location; said transaction to be handled through Escrow No. 875372-HRB
with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana,
California; and
WHEREAS, CHARLOTT TAYLOR, a married woman, as her sole and
separate property, has executed a deed dated September 11, 1967,
conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement for a potable water main
on the east side of Santiago Avenue, south of Edgewood, in consideration
of the sum of $300.00 and certain remedial work to be done by the City
at said location; said transaction to be handled through Escrow
No. 875375-HRB with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company,
Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, F. H. SCHROEDER and BETHENE SCHROEDER, have executed a
deed dated September 14, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana
easements for potable water mains on the west side of Oakmont Street,
north of Santa Clara Avenue, in consideration of the sum of $235.00 and
certain remedial work to be done by the City at said location; said
transaction to be handled through Escrow No. 875374-HRB with First
American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the es~ro~ instructions; that the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds; and Carl J Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of September, 1967.
