AND JOSEPHINE S. SERNA F0R WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING
NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, JOE L. SERNA and JOSEPHINE S. SERNA have executed a
deed dated September 20,1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana
vehicular access rights on the west side of Newhope Street, north of
McFadden Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid
to said grantors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his certificate of acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of October, 1967.
