B. DIAZ FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH
CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ELVIRA B. DIAZ has executed a deed dated August 30,
1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement for alley
purposes running westerly from Baker Street, south of First Street;
and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid
to said grantor by the City;
NOW, THEREFOKE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his certificate of acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of October, 1967.
