PAWELAND NINA SIROTA FOR WHICH THE CITY
IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, PAWEL SIROTA and NINA SIROTA, have executed a deed
dated September 25, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an
easement for street purposes on the southeast corner of Newhope
Street and Kent Avenue, in consideration of the sum of $600.00;
said transaction to be handled through Escrow No. 875399-HRB
with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana,
California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of October, 1967.
