OF FIRST STREET FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING A
CASH CONSIDEP~ATION
WHEREAS, MARY SAINZ has executed a deed dated September 13,
1967, conveying to'the City of Santa Aha real property on the north
side of First Street, west of Baker Street, in consideration of the
sum of $11,800; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
Number 874917-hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company,
Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, BESSIE M. CRADIT has executed a deed dated September 13,
1967,_conveying to the City of Santa Ana a parcel of real property
on the north side of First Street, east of Shelton Street, in considera-!
tion of the sum of $13,500; said transaction is to be handled through
Escrow No. 875385-hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust
Company, Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the City of Santa Aha
accepts Mid deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of October, 1967.
