VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 67-94 FILED BY JOHN S.

BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the Findings of Fact of
the Zoning Administrator, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
hereby affirms the decision of the Zoning Administrator, and
Appeal No. 200 on Variance Application No. 67-94, filed by JOHN S.
and CHRISTINE DIAZ, is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on
