E. WHEELER FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH
CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, CORINNE E. WHEELER has executed a deed dated
October 1, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement
for street purposes on the west side of Bristol Street, north
of Santa Clara Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without a cash consideration being
paid to said grantor by the City;
NOW, TEEEEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of November, 1967.
