KODAMAAND KAORU KODAM~ FOR WHICH THE CITY IS
PAYING A CASH CONSIDEP~ATION OF $500
WHEREAS, MATAO KODAMA and KAORU KODAMA, husband and wife,
and IKUO LUI KODAMA have executed a deed dated September 21, 1967,
conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes
on the east side of Newhope Street, at Penny Avenue, in consideration
of the sum of $500.00 plus remedial work to be done by the City at
said location; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
Number 875392-HRB with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company,
Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed; that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed
to execute the escrow instructions; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's
designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance
on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of November, 1967.
