WIDENING OF FIRST STREET FOR WHICH THE CITY
IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHERE~S, CARLOTA M. LOPEZ, ARTURO LOPEZ and wife, and
MARRENO LOPEZ, also known as MkRIANO A. BOJORQUEZ, have executed
a deed dated August 24, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana
a parcel of real property on the north side of First Street and
east of Bristol Street, in consideration of the sum of $14,300.00;
said transaction to be handled through Escrow No. 874915-HRB with
First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana,
California; and
WHEREAS, WILLIAM R. TIDBALL and LUCILLE Bo TIDBALL, husband
and wife, have executed a deed dated November 9, 1967, conveying
to the City of Santa Ana a parcel of real property on the north
side of First Street, east of Pacific Avenue, in consideration of
the sum of $13,750.00; said transaction to be handled through
Escrow No. 55334-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa
Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of November, 1967.
