KEELING, ET AL., FOR THE WIDENING OF FIRST STREET
FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
OF $14,500
WHEREAS, CLAUDE C. KEELING and ETHEL C. KEELING, husband and
wife, have executed a deed dated December 1, 1967, conveying to the
city a parcel of real property on_the north side of First Street,
east of Shelton Street, for which the City is paying a cash con-
sideration of $14,500; said transaction is to be handled through
Escrow Nuraber 55384-C with Security Title Insurance Company,
Santa Aha, california;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of December, 1967.
