CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, PARKWOOD HOMES, a general Partnership, and L. M.
STRUCK AND M. W. IMMELL, Trustees of Marilyn Hester, Janet Hester
and Charlene Hester Trusts, Doing Business as Parkwood Development
Company, a Joint Venture, have executed a deed dated December 12,
1967, granting to the City of Santa Ana a temporary construction
easement north of Seventeenth Street and west of Tustin Avenue, said
temporary easement to be terminated not later than April 1, 1968;
and
WHEREAS, FIRST ASSEMBLY OF GOD OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, a
religious corporation, also known as TH~ FIRST ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH
OF SANTA ANA, has executed a deed dated December 18, 1967, conveying
to the City of Santa Ana easements for street purposes at the south-
west corner of Santa Clara Avenue and Wright Street; and
WHEREAS, RICHARD A. EMISON and ESSE S. EMISON, husband and
wife, and MONA SUMMERS SMITH have executed a deed dated December 20,
1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street
purposes for Trotter Avenue, north of Edinger Avenue; and
WHEREAS, FP~ANCES KNOTT, a widow, has executed a deed dated
October 26, 1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement
for street purposes at the northwest corner of Grand Avenue and
Washington Place; and
WHEREAS, the COUNTY OF OP~ANGE, a body corporate and politic,
has executed a deed dated December 6, 1967, conveying to the City
of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the west side of
Flower Street and the north side of Fourth Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: ~hat the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
