THE ESTATE OF DAISY S. L. DITTMAR FOR WHICH THE
CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION OF $243.38
WHEREAS, ELEANOR C. CALDER, as Guardian of the Estate of
DAISY S. L. DITTMAit, an incompetent, has executed a deed dated
November 7,1967, conveying to the City of Santa Ana a spandrel
shaped parcel of land at the southwest corner of Edinger Avenue
and Cypress Avenue, in consideration of the sum of $243.38; said
transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 55289-C with
Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of February, 1968.
