COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
SOUTHWEST TUSTIN CHANNEL F-11 AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF EASEMENT DEED UPON COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the Orange County Flood Control District desires
to construct an extension of the Southwest Tustin Channel from
First Street to Fruit Street in the City of Santa Ana; and
WHEREAS, the alignment of said proposed extension lies
within the eastern edge of a park belonging to the City of Santa
Ana; and
WHEREAS, it is to the mutual benefit to the City of Santa
Ana and the Orange County Flood Control District that said extension
of the Southwest Tustin Channel be completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor of the City
of Santa Ana is authorized to execute that Agreement No. C-335 and
to execute that certain easement deed attached as EXHIBIT A to the
Agreement above referred to.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of February, 1968.
