RESOLUTION CONFIKMING A~SESSMENT
~SSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 233, S~& ~, C~~
~, the Superintendent of Streets of the City of
Santa ~a, California did, on the 16th day of Feb~ary, 1968, f~le
with the Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Aha an assess-
ment to represent the cost and expense of the work and improvement
done and made by SULLY-MILLER CONTP~TING C~MPANY, contractor,
pursuant to proceeding~ had and taken by sazd City Council of the
City of Santa &~Ta_~ California under and Pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 67 98 passed and adopted on the 19th day of June,
1967; and
%UHEREA~, said Clerk, as appears from the affidavit on
file her~in, has duly given notice by publication, posting and
mailing mn the t~me, form and manner as provided by law, of the
filing of said assessment and of the time set for hearing thereon,
which time was fixed in said notices as the 4th da~ of March, 1968
at 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the council chambers of saxd City Council
in the City Hall located in the City of Santa t~na, California; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has received evidence concern-
ing said assessment and the proper completion of the work and im-
provement for which the same was issued; and
WHEREAS, all objections filed in writing by interested
parties to said work and improvement or to the correctness of the
assessment or diagram, or to any other act, determination or
proceeding of the Superintendent of Streets have been disposed of
without modification of said assessment:
NU~, THER]~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha, California, in regular session assembled, that:
1. The Superintendent of Streets, in order to correct
a clerical error, is hereby directed to amend said assessment and
assessment diagram by changing the reference therein fromM ap Book 144,
Page 30, toM ap Book 35, Page 9, and fromM ap Book G, Page 7, to
Map Book 11, Page 40, both of Miscellaneous Map Records.
2. Said assessment and diagram, and the warrant attached
thereto, the proceedings leading up to the same, and all acts and
determinations of all officers of said City of Santa Ana, California
in relation thereto, be, and the same hereby are ratified and con-
firmed, the Superintendent of Streets and the Mayor of said City
of Santa Aha are hereby authorized to sign and countersign, respecT-
ively, the warrant attached to said assessment, and the Superinten~ent
of Streets is hereby ordered to deliver said warrant, assessment and
diagram to SULLY-~IJ.ER CONTraCTING COMP~CNY upon the payment of all
incidental expenses due thereon.
