OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DEALING WITH
LEGISLATION ON "TOPLESS" WAITRESSES AND
ENTERTAINERS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa has
forwarded to the City of Santa Ana their Resolution No. 68-14,
a copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit A, dealing
with legislation on the subject of "topless" waitresses and
entertainers; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana is in
accord with the views expressed in said Resolution 68-14;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana supports the views of the City of Costa Mesa
expressed in the attached Resolution 68-14.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; That a copy of this Resolution be
forwarded to Assemblyman Biddle and to the City Council of the
City of Costa Mesa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of March, 1968.
