OF FIRST STP~EET FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING A
CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, FIRST WESTERN BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, a California
banking corporation, as trustee, has executed a deed dated March 4,
1968, conveying to the City of Santa Aha an easement for street
purposes on the south side of First Street and the west side of
Broadway for which the City is paying a cash consideration of
$550.00; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
Number 55448-C (Revised) with Security Title Insurance Company,
Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of March, 1968.
