IMPROVEMENT OF THE INTERSECTION OF BRISTOL
STREET AT FIRST STREET FOR WHICH THE CITY
IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, C. Jo ALEXANDER, has executed a deed dated
March 15, 1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana easements
for street purposes and an easement for underground storm
drain purposes on the southeast corner of Bristol Street at
First Street, for which the City is paying a cash consideration
of $6,200.00; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
No. 55444-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana,
California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of
Santa Ana accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's
designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of
Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of April, 1968.
