WITHIN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO MACARTHUR BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, on the recommendation of the Freeway Signing Committee,
the City Council has determined that it would be in the best interest
of the City of Santa Ana that Talbert Avenue, as it exists within the
limits of the City of Santa Ana, be renamed to MacArthur Boulevard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana does hereby change the name of Talbert Avenue, as
it exists within the City of Santa Aha, to MacArthur Boulevard;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Director of Public Works is
instructed to place street name signs on Talbert Avenue to show the
name heretofore used for said street and the new name herein designated
for said street, and said combination street name signs shall be
maintained for at least six (6) months from the date of the adoption
of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of May, 1968.
