FOR NORTHEAST BOULEVARD, BETWEEN SANTIAGO STREET
AND GRAND AVENUE, AS SHOWN ON PRECISE PLAN OF STREET
ALIGNMENT NO. 31
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning
Commission has recommended, by its Resolution No. 5835, that
a precise plan of street alignment be adopted for the proRosed
public right of way known as Northeast Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, after public hearing before the City Council, on
notice as required by law, said Council determined that the
recommendation of the Planning Commission be adopted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana hereby finds and determines that the public
interest, necessity, convenience, and general welfare require that
a precise plan of street alignment for the proposed public right
of way known as Northeast Boulevard be adopted, and said Council
hereby adopts' the street alignment plan of said street as shown on
a detailed drawing entitled "P.P.S.A. 31, NORTHEAST BOULEVARD,
SANTIAGO STREET TO GRAND AVENUE", copies of which said drawing are
on file in the Department of Public Works and in the Planning
Department of the City of Santa Ana for inspection by the public.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of May, 1968.
