CITY IS PAYING NO CkSH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, FRED L. RIVERA and HELEN RIVERA, husband and wife,
have executed a deed dated May 9, 1968, conveying to the City of
Santa Aha an easement for street purposes on the Toland Street
extension, north of Kent; and
WHEREAS, IRVINE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, a California corporation,
has executed a deed dated May 7, 1968, conveying to the City of
Santa Aha an easement for water main purposes on the south side of
Warner Avenue, west of Redhill Avenue; and
WHEREAS, SACHIO ~URA and MASAKO ~URA, have executed
a deed dated May 9, 1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an
easement for street purposes on the east side of Harbor Boulevard,
south of McFadden Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds; that Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is hereby directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance
on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of May, 1968.
