QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECORD WITH NO
CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located on
the south side of Seventeenth Street, west of Williams, dedicated
vehicular access rights to the City, and the present owners have now
requested access rights to Seventeenth Street, which the City has
determined should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of
the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit-
claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE AS
THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, the following described
real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California:
Ail vehicular access rights to Seventeenth Street over the
Easterly 30.00 feet of Lot 4 and the Westerly 10.00 feet
of Lot 3 in Tract 6313, as per map recorded in Book 234,
Page 22 of Miscellaneous Map, Records of Orange County,
California,
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of August, 1968.
