AVENUE, CAMINO AVENUE, PORTOLA STREET, AND MABURY
STREET LYING WITHIN PORTOLA PARK TO BE PUBLIC STREETS
BE IT RESOLVED: That those portions of the land conveyed to
the City of Santa Ana by Calvin Rohrs and Russell Rohrs, as co-
trustees under that Declaration of Trust dated January 19, 1965
executed by Minnie Meier, as trustor, and recorded July 14, 1965,
in Book 7592, at Page 250, Official Records of Orange County,
California, lying within the following described property:
Parcel 1: A strip of land 60 feet in width, the center line of
which is described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Mabury
Street with the North line of Tract 5712 as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 207 at Pages 35 and 36 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, and
running thence North 00° 13' 15" East along the Northerly
prolongation of said center line of Mabury Street a distance
of 634.58 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
Southwesterly having a radius of 72.00 feet; thence North-
westerly along the arc of said curve through a central angle
of 89° 58' 17" an arc distance of 113.06 feet to a tangent
line; thence North 89° 45' 02" West 60.29 feet to the
intersection of the center line of Portola Street (formerly
Twenty-Second Street) with the East line of Tract 6144 as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 226 at pages 33 and
34 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County.
Parcel 2:
The Northerly 40.00 feet.
Parcel 3:
A circle having a radius of 50.00 feet the center of which
is 0.35 feet west of the West line of Tract 3902 as shown
on a map thereof recorded in Book 217~ at Pages 15 and 16
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California,
said center also being South 00° 32' 14" West 50.00 feet
from the Southwest corner of Lot 1 in said Tract 3902.
are hereby declared to be public streets and highways and to become
parts of the following streets, respectively:
Parcel 1: Portola Street (formerly 22nd Street) and
Mabury Street
Parcel 2: Santa Clara Avenue
Parcel 3: Camino Avenue
within the City of Santa Aha, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of August, 1968.
