PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, LUTHER C. DAVISON has executed a deed dated August 20,
1968, conveying to the City a parcel of real property on the South
side of Fourth Street and the West side of Parton Street for which
the City is paying a cash consideration of $31,400; said transaction
is to be handled through Escrow No. 55814-C with Security Title
Insurance Company, Ssnta Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of September, 1968.
