SPACE IN CENTRAL TRAFFIC DISTRICT "B"
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 3302 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code, a 24-minute parking space was established
at the south curb of Third Street, between Broadway and Birch
Street; and
WHEREAS, after investigation by the Department of Public
Works it has been determined that said parking space is no longer
necessary at said location and should be eliminated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the 24-minute parking
space located at the south curb of Third Street, between Broadway
and Birch Street, is hereby eliminated.
