CONSTRUCTION WATER FROM FIRE HYDRANTg~.- ~
WHEREAS, there are certain expenses involve i~-nn maintaining
water facilities and in producing and delivering water to the
consumer; and
WHEREAS, the Water Utility wishes to recover said expenses from
the consumer; and
WHEREAS, payment must be made to cover the cost of water from fire
hydrants for other than fire fighting or Fire Department training;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the following water rates
shall be charged and collected as provided for in Section 7411 of
Ordinance No. NS-936.
Construction water rate at $0.30 per 100
cubic feet;
Hydrant meter rental rate of $0.50 per day
shall be charged for each day or partial
day of use or possession of the meter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this Resolution shall be effectual
as of the effective date of Ordinance No.. NS-936.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of October, 1968.
